Bayshore affiliates invest in raw land either by outright purchase or lending based upon the value of the land and the experience of the Sponsor.  In lending we don't require appraisals or credit checks but do require that borrowers have experience.  Acquisition loans in N.J. and N.Y. include Bergen County, Ocean County, City of Camden, Salem County, Englewood, Buffalo apartments and upstate N.Y. on 200 acres.  We can close loans in as little as 7 days.
