Since 1991 Bayshore Broadway, Inc. and affiliates have invested throughout the south, southeast, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Oregan, Las Vegas Costa Rica, and Italy. Our primary focus is to invest in and develop great opportunities. While real estate investing has produced the best returns for Bayshore the Company has had great success arranging funds and providing M&A services for real estate ventures and operating companies. Industries supported include hard money real estate, sub-debt lending, manufacturing funding, QSR restaurant development and sales, raw land mixed-use development, building company investments, intellectual property development, litigation support, workouts, government bond restructurings, expert valuation and testimony, and forensic accounting.

Geoffrey Weber founded the Company Tampa Bay in 1991. He is a seasoned professional and CPA since 1982 with extensive experience in auditing, operations, investing, and "hands on" in diverse businesses including emerging companies, banks, real estate development and with creative solutions.
Mr. Weber continues to enjoy planning, developing and/or providing services on various projects. He is, or has provided the following:

PERSONAL
1991 to present Mr. Weber has owned and operated a variety of business including Bayshore-Broadway, Inc., his CPA practice and other companies.
1983 to 1992 Mr. Weber was a partner in a CPA firm, Baldwin & Weber, CPAs, that provided management advisory services to small and medium sized business clients. Mr. Weber provided services to a variety of clients in Florida, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
July 1981 to June 1983 Mr. Weber was the Audit Supervisor for the $1 billion privately held Lykes Bros., Inc. where he performed audits of most subsidiaries, including juice processing, distribution, trucking, and more.
1978 to 1981 Mr. Weber was a staff accountant for the international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins + Sells (now Deloitte). While with Deloitte Mr. Weber was in-charge or first assistant on a wide variety of clients, including banks, mortgage companies, manufacturing and distribution companies.
Mr. Weber has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University where he played D I soccer. He became a Florida Certified Public Accountant in 1982. He is a Member of American Institute of CPAs, and he received an advanced management Certificate from Harvard Business School in 2009 for a course in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructurings.
Mr. Weber was founder or served as a Director for Wexford West Homeowners Association, Main Street Master Property Association, Berkford Place Homeowners Association, West Hampton Homeowners Association, Harbor Oaks Homeowner Association, Native Woods Homeowners Association. He was a founding Supervisor of the Country Walk Community Development District.
